My name is Dan Simonds. I have been photographing weddings and people for nearly a decade. Over the years, my work and travels have taken me to more than 35 countries on 5 continents. Experience with fine art and landscape photography has informed the way I see and capture light, color, and composition, helping me create images with a considered, elegant aesthetic.

On a wedding day, my approach is calm, organized, and attentive. I document moments as they unfold while providing guidance when structure is needed, allowing couples to feel relaxed and present. Working alongside my wife Tara as a two-photographer team adds another layer of support and ensures thoughtful coverage and smooth coordination throughout the day.
